Rancho Murieta Development Moratorium
The Moratorium
Rancho Murieta is facing a water supply challenge. The Rancho Murieta Community Services District (RMCSD) is to guarantee a consistent water supply, and the 2024 Integrated Water Master Plan (IWMP) is not reliable due to its reliance on seriously deficient assumptions. It is important to address this and all other water issues and find a sustainable solution for the community's water supply needs before more development is permitted by the County.
